John Kelley, Certified to teach Pilates by “Stott Pilates” and The Physicalmind Institute, has been teaching the Pilates method of physical conditioning since 1996. His approach to Pilates is enhanced by his seventeen years experience as a professional Sports Massage Therapist. John has been a member of the National Sports Massage Team since 1986 and has provided sports massage to world class athletes at the Pan Am Games, The Goodwill Games and the Olympics. John Kelley is also the massage therapist for The Dallas Cowboys.

Sheryl Kelley B.A., B.S., Nationally Certified Massage Therapist, Massage Therapy Instructor and is a certified instructor of both Pilates and Physiosynthesis. She specializes in neuromuscular re-education through a blend of bodywork and movement therapies. Sheryl has been a massage therapist for ten years and has been teaching Pilates and Physio-synthesis in both group and private sessions since 1994. In her private studio she focuses on the rehabilitative and rejuvinating techniques of Pilates, Physiosynthesis, Neuromuscular, Craniosacral, and Lymphatic therapies. All these therapies are supported or are derived from the theories and principles of osteopathic medicine which have guided Sheryl’s therapeutic education. While obtaining a bachelor of arts in Geography, she studied Organic farming, Macrobiotics, Taoism, Nutrition, Ballet, and Yoga.
